The third FLoWS meeting was held on November 28, 2008, in Adama, Nazareth, Ethiopia. This meeting report highlights the improtance of FLoWS as a platform from which stakeholders from across the country can share experiences and learn from each other. The one-day meeting focused on financing in the WASH sctor with presentations on:
